Chana Masala Recipe: Boil 250 gm Kabuli chana, soaked overnight, Heat 6 tbsp of ghee/oil in a non-stick pan. Saute 1/2 tbsp of jeera. Add 125 gm finely shopped onion and saute till golden brown. Add 135 gm finely chopped tomatoes, 2-3 tbsp of KFI Chana Masala, 1/2 tbsp KFI Red Chilli Powder. Mix well and cook till the oil separates. Add boil kabuli chana stir to mix and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Add 70 gm small cubes of paneer and 25 gm half roasted cashew nuts and cook for a 5 minutes. Before serving add 1 tbsp KFI chat masala and freshly squeezed lemon juice (add with the KFI Kasoori Methi, if using) to taste. Garnish with cilantro and minced yellow onion and serve hot.
