Indian curries are renowned the world over. Indian eateries are sprouting up all over the world, almost everywhere. The true flavour of these hallmark meals, however, is sometimes lost in the commotion. So let’s start at the beginning and go back to the basics if you want to get the true dhaba style paneer recipe.
Shahi Paneer Recipe: (Serve for 4-6 peoples) Firstly, make a puree of 6-8 tomatoes, 2 Onions. Heat 2-2 1/2 tbsp ghee/oil in a pan with tempering of hing-jeera. Add 5-6 cashew nuts, 2 bay leaf, 1 big cardamom. Add the prepared onion-tomatoes puree and mix well. Add 2-2 1/2 tbsp KFI Paneer Masala and salt as per taste. Simmer for 5 minutes (KFI Haldi and KFI Chilli Powder accordingly) Add 200-250 gm paneer cutted in small cubes. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until flavours are absorbed well. Garnish with ginger and coriander leaves. Finally enjoy Shahi Paneer with roti or Garlic Naan.
