Description
Aloo Dum Masala Recipe: Fry 4-5 babypotatoes till golden brown. In a kadai, add a 3 tbsp of oil with tempering of hing-jeera, KFI deghi mirch. Once they splutter, add puree of 2-3 tomato with 1½ tbsp. KFI Aloo Dum Masala, small pieces of green chilli, salt as per taste and fry for 5-6 minutes till oil separates. Turn the flame to low and add 1 tbsp. curd, ½ cup milk & 1 cup of water or as required to adjust the consistency. Finally, add fried potatoes and cook for 5-7 min. Lastly add some crushed KFI Kasuri Methi. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve dum aloo with chapati or kachori.
