Description
In a spicy sauce, roasted chicken pieces are the main component of the meal known as chicken masala. Typically, the sauce has an orange colour and is creamy. Cooks from India who lived in Great Britain made the dish popular, and it is now served in restaurants all over the world.
Chicken Recipe: Marinate Full chicken with 4 tbsp, curd, 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, KFI Haldi , Sale to taste, 1/2 each of KFI Chicken Masala and KFI Garam Masala and 1 tbsp KFI Red Chilli Powder to a mixing bowl. Set aside for about 45 min to 1 hour. You can also refrigerate overnight. Cut the chicken in small pieces. Heat a pot with 2 tbsp ghee/oil and add green chillies, 3 1/2 tbsp onion paste, 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste and fry till light brown, Add 4 tomatoes purer, 4 tbsp KFI Chicken Masala, 4 tbsp butter and salt to taste. Saute till the mixture begins to leave oil. Fry the chicken pieces in the mixture. Simmer for 5 minutes on a medium flame. Add coriander, mint leaves and mix it. Cover and cook again until chicken is soft and tenders. Adjust salt and spice if needed at this stage. Finish with 4 tbsp cream. Serve hot with garnishing coriander leaves and strips of ginger.
