Description
The Kitchen King Masala, as its name implies, is the king of all masalas since it contains a combination of all the principal spices used in making foods like subzis. It has a deep brown colour, tastes quite peppery, and should only be used in little amounts. The components change depending on the manufacturer.
Kitchen King Masala Recipe: As the name suggests, the Kitchen King Masala is the king of all the masalas, as it is a blend of all major spices used in cooking dishes like: Sabzis. It has strong spicy flavour and should be used sparingly. The flavourful kitchen king adds wonderful aroma and taste to any dish. Matar Paneer (5-6 member): Take 3 tbsp ghee/oil chopped in non sticky pan. Light fry 1 chopped onion, 4 chopped tomatoes, 5 cashew nuts for 5 min. Grind it and make a paste of it. 1 tbsp Jeera, 1 1/2 tbsp KFI Kasoori Methi 2 green chillies. Add a paste on it. Add 1/2 cup of milk into it. Stir well. Add 200 gm boiled peas & 200 gm small dice/cube shapped cheese into it. Add 1 1/4 tbsp. KFI Kitchen King & salt as per taste. Cook for 5 min. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot
