The fast food delicacy pav bhaji has become well-known all across the world. With modest beginnings in Mumbai’s back alleys, this delectable delicacy has grown in popularity to the point that it is now served at celebrity weddings and in five-star hotels.
Pav Bhaji Recipe: Boil 6 medium size potatoes & other chopped vegetables (1 Carrot, 50 gm Peas, medium size Brinjal, 1 Small Radish and 1 Capsicum). For Tomatoes Puree take 5-6 medium size grinded potatoes and cook in fry pan for 10 minutes. Add 2 tbsp KFI Pav Bhaji Masala and Salt to taste. Add boil vegetables in puree & cook for several 15-20 minutes. Serve hot with garnished coriander leaves, grated cheese and blob of butter. Enjoy Pav , Green Chutney, Ketchup and Onion.
