Description
In north India, notably in Delhi and Punjab, dahi bhalle is a well-liked snack. Dahi bhalla may be made using the same technique as Dahi vada. Dahi bhalle has ingredients not found in dahi vada, such as papdis (fried flour crispies), boiling potato cubes, and cooked chickpeas.
Raita / Dahi Bhalla Recipe: In a small bowl take 1 cup fresh dahi (curd/ yogurt) with a wired whisk, whip till smooth. Add 1/2 -1 tbsp KFI Raita Masala and salt as per taste. mix very well. Serve masala raita as a side dish with roti-sabzi or dal rice combo. While serving, you can garnish the raita with some chopped coriander leaves. Enjoy the simple recipe as an accompaniment with your breakfast, lunch and dinner. Add boondi, Mix vegetables (Onion, Tomatoes & Cucumber), Pudina etc. for this type of raita.
