Garam Masala Recipe: Garam Masala is a spice blend widely used in a Indian cuisine from curries and lentil dishes to soups. It not only seasons the dish but adds to the aroma. You can prepare the Dal or Vegetable or any dish of your choice with usual spices in ghee/oil as you do normally. (Add 1/4 tbsp KFI Garam Masala to 550 gm vegetable or 1 litre ready Dal. Adjust accordingly to quantity and stir on low flame for 5 min.) Any dishes can be made more tasteful and aromatic by KFI Masala.

Cumin, Coriander Seeds, Long Pepper, Lodised Salt, Ginger, Black Pepper, Cloves, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Mace, Big Cardamom, Small Cardamom, Bay Leaf, Star Anise, Fennel Seeds.
