Description

A flavorful mixture of spices created especially to improve the flavour of vegetable-based foods. In terms of KFI spices, Sabji Masala is essentially the fast-food counterpart. It imparts the pleasantly resonant flavour and appetising colour that are typical of vegetarian food to vegetable recipes.

Sabzi Recipe: In a pan, heat 1-1/2 tbsp ghee/oil. Take 100 gm cauliflower, 100 gm green peas, 100 gm carrots, 50 gm capsicum, 50 gm green beans, 50 gm tomato puree. Boil all the chopped vegetables with tempering of KFI cumin and KFI Hing. After separation of oil add 1- 1 1/2 tbsp. KFI Sabzi Masala and salt as per taste. Add all the chopped vegetables and cook for  15 – 20 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and strips of ginger. Serve hot with roti or paranthas.
